Carpet & Rug Institute (CRI), GreenCircle Certified & MAS, LLC are committed to providing the greatest value to their Manufacturer clients and are continuously seeking ways to celebrate their clients’ product sustainability achievements in the industry. By making key certifications such as: CRI Green Label Plus, GreenCircle Certified Energy Savings & Multi-Attribute (and several other products and manufacturing specific claims), and MAS Certified Green accessible on the Origin Hub, greater visibility and ROI is created for sustainable product certifications. Currently sustainability certifications are not easily searchable for specifiers and building industry professionals, as they are fragmented across various platforms. As a result of this industry collaboration, manufacturers with certifications from CRI Green Label Plus, GreenCircle Certified and/or MAS Certified Green will have their certifications directly integrated on Origin. These Manufacturers will be able to connect their certifications to their materials, and (critically) receive updates when certifications change or are renewed. Thru connected data, Manufacturers will reduce management efforts while increasing the visibility of their materials and certifications throughout the international building industry.
GIGA continues to support mindful MATERIALS (mM), leveraging the Origin Hub to power the mM Library. Via Origin, all Manufacturers will gain direct access to submit their materials to the mindful MATERIALS Library. The partnership aim is to more effectively communicate product transparency and to create a more effective pathway for Manufacturers to generate ROI for their certified products.
We are excited to add these three new certification bodies to our growing list of data partners. We are integrating with partners that our manufacturers indicate are most relevant for their customers and their growing businesses. These partnerships are continuous steps forward in providing the industry with a central material data hub.
